SaniServ is Hiring an Inside Sales Representative
$10 – $15 / hour based on level of experience.
$1,000 Bonus after successfully completing six months of full-time employment. Rules apply.
SaniServ® makes high quality soft serve, frozen yogurt, frozen beverage, and shake machines. SaniServ® machines are easier to operate, have fewer parts to clean, and offer the broadest range of options available on the market. With their AccuFreeze technology, they produce the smoothest soft serve and frozen beverages on the market. And they are all made in the United States at their manufacturing facility in Mooresville, IN.

Summary of Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, and driven Inside Sales Representative to execute powerful lead generation campaigns to help SaniServ grow. This position will be responsible for generating qualified meetings, prospecting into targeted accounts, and uncovering sales opportunities.
- Work closely and collaboratively with leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospecting plans
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (100+ outbound calls and emails per day)
- Schedule virtual and onsite meetings
- Proactively identify and address customers’ needs to drive sales
- Handle general incoming sales calls and website sales requests
- Effectively communicate with customers to foster trust and drive sales growth
- Execute outbound prospecting techniques to consistently hit monthly goals
- Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings
- Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience:
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in a similar, inside sales environment
- Persistence to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive attitude
- The ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
- Intense motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects
- A strong desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar sales automation platforms, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well with others
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
